Building the Taisaku
19 & 26 April 2015
Two weekends in late April, volunteers gathered to create the Taisaku, or large group arrangement, that occupies the side yard of the Museum of Art School at Linekona along Beretania Strret. Many come to learn techniques for working with bamboo, others to be a part of the creative process. Either way, they were led again by Earl Shimabukuro to create his latest vision of fireworks eruping from the ground.
