We swung into the Year of the Monkey with a delicious luncheon by the Culinary School at Kapiolani Community College.  All of the arrangements followed the theme of the monkey, to include the centerpieces which sported small monkeys brought back from Japan for this event.  After lunch Gayle Todoki entertained us about what we can expect according to each of our Chinese astrological signs, and enlightened us as to how we can use Feng Shui to protect against the impending dangers.
